Research interests

Assistant Professor at the Centro de Investigaciones Nucleares, Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad de la República (Uruguay). I hold a PhD and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, and my research focuses on radiopharmacy, molecular imaging and precision oncology, particularly on the development of new peptide- and antibody-based radiopharmaceuticals for the diagnosis and theranostics of cancer. I have led research projects on innovative imaging agents for prostate and breast cancer and collaborate with national and international research groups to advance precision nuclear medicine.
