At FUNDACIBA, we provide support in the comprehensive organization of national and international events, such as congresses and academic conferences. The service we provide is adjusted to the specific requirements and the type of event.
We have extensive experience in managing these types of events, which allows us to have a great capacity to adapt to the different needs required for the optimal development of the activity.
In this regard, we offer logistical coordination services in:

Registration management with availability of payment via bank transfer and PayPal.

Management of various purchases, from general supplies to the purchase of tickets, contracting transport or accommodation, among others.

Venue coordination.

Contracting and management of human resources with the benefit of exemption from employer contributions.

Support in the communication and dissemination of the congress.

Issuance and sending of certificates.

Requesting notes, certificates of attendance, and sponsorships.
Should the congress be totally or partially financed by a funding entity, the foundation is the one that contacts said agent to comply with the necessary documentation and execution processes. In this way, we seek to minimize the administrative work for the event organizer.
