At FUNDACIBA, we take care of all administrative and financial aspects involved in organizing courses, ensuring the proper development of each activity.

Thanks to our extensive experience with these types of events, we adapt to the specific needs of each instance, aiming to minimize the administrative workload of the course organizer.

In this regard, we handle, among other tasks, registration management, human resource contracting, procurement processes, and more.

Some of the services we offer include:

  • Registration management with payment options via bank transfer and PayPal.

  • Procurement of various items, from general supplies to tickets, transportation, or accommodation, among others.

  • Venue coordination.

  • Hiring and management of human resources with the benefit of employer contribution exemptions.

  • Support for communication and promotion of the event.

  • Issuance and delivery of certificates.

  • Requests for grades, confirmations, endorsements.

If the course is fully or partially funded by a financing institution, FUNDACIBA will contact the respective entity and take responsibility for fulfilling all required documentation and execution processes. This way, we aim to minimize the administrative burden on the event organizer.
