The project management service offered by FUNDACIBA provides comprehensive support to researchers in the organization, planning, execution, and supervision of all the necessary tasks and resources to achieve their set objectives. Additionally, we offer assistance in the search for funding agents and the preparation of funding applications.
Once the funds are allocated, the foundation will be responsible for contacting the funding agent to comply with the required execution documentation and processes. This way, we aim to minimize the project leader's administrative work and seek to maximize resource optimization.
