The project management service offered by FUNDACIBA provides comprehensive support to researchers in the organization, planning, execution, and supervision of all the necessary tasks and resources to achieve their set objectives. Additionally, we offer assistance in the search for funding agents and the preparation of funding applications.
Once the funds are allocated, the foundation will be responsible for contacting the funding agent to comply with the required execution documentation and processes. This way, we aim to minimize the project leader's administrative work and seek to maximize resource optimization.
To support these actions within the framework of project development, the foundation carries out the following activities:
- Preliminary advisory for fund applications.
- Hiring and management of human resources with exemption from employer social security taxes contribution.
- Local and international purchases, coordinating the nationalization of merchandise with the center where the project is developed.
- Preparation of the financial report for the funding entity.
- Sending reminders for deadlines and other relevant information.
To apply for project management, a formal request note must be attached and addressed to the FUNDACIBA Administrative Council.
