Research interests

Main line of research: Taxonomy and biogeography of Antarctic and sub-Antarctic turbellarians. Its fundamental objectives are to study the diversity and distribution of micro- and macroturbellarians in Maritime Antarctica, the Scotia Arc, and the Magellanic Region, and to reconstruct the history of the interstitial marine turbellarian biota in the area.
